We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Construction Inspector to join our team at Wade Trim Group, Inc. as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field inspections to verify contract requirements on construction of roadways and bridges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with contract requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare and review Inspector's Daily Reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and maintain construction documentation, including plans and specifications.
  • Act as the on-site liaison with clients and community stakeholders.
  • Interact and communicate effectively with on-site construction contractors and project managers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of plans and specifications to ensure compliance.
  • Assist the Project Manager with contract requirements and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and submit forms and other paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Attend seminars and training courses to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Maintain excellent client relations and a safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three years of related experience in MDOT or MDOT Local Agency Program inspection utilizing FieldManager/Book.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • SESC/Storm Water Operator, Concrete and Density testing certification preferred.
