Radiology Technologist - Nights

At Rutherford Regional Health System, we are dedicated to providing patients with a full range of services to meet their healthcare needs. As a Radiology Technologist - Nights, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviews patient history and physician's orders to ensure accurate and timely care.
  • Positions patients and performs imaging procedures, analyzing results and identifying issues with image quality.
  • Enters, transmits, and reports scan results, ensuring accurate and timely communication with healthcare teams.
  • Obtains and examines requisitions for radiographic examinations, ensuring awareness of patient conditions and special notes.
  • Explains procedures to patients, addressing concerns and alleviating anxiety.
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • ARRT certification and BLS required.
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
