Medical Director Anesthesiology Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anesthesiology Medical Director to join our team in Las Colinas, Texas. As a key member of our anesthesia team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Anesthesiologists and CRNAs
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other medical directors to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Provide medical direction and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board-certified in Anesthesiology
  • Valid medical license to practice in Texas
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in anesthesiology
  • Proven leadership and management experience
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $500,000 annually, a $50,000 W2 Medical Director Stipend, and a full benefits package. We also cover all provider malpractice insurance and offer health benefits that kick in on day 1.

Schedule:

Our schedule is a 3-week rotation, working 11 days out of every 21-day cycle. The schedule includes rotating call and OR coverage daily, with OR call every other night when working.
