We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Duke Regional Hospital. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in the preparation and care of surgical patients, working closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and safe surgical procedures.

• Assist in the preparation and care of surgical patients, including preparing operating rooms, setting up equipment, and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective surgical procedures.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, assist with laboratory specimen collection, and reinforce postoperative instructions.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing patient calls, remove sutures/staples, and change dressings as needed.
• Perform other clinical functions as delegated and supervised by the RN or physician.

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or maintains an accredited Surgical Technologist certification (NCCT or NBSTSA).
• 0-18 months of full-time equivalent Surgical Technology or relevant military experience.
