- Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
- Participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
- Meet and exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
- Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
- Unpack inventory boxes as required, which may weigh 10-30 lbs.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment (preferred).
- Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
- Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners in a professional manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
- Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
- This role involves constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
