Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceed expectations
  • Greet and direct customers while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries
  • Cross-sell products and services to increase sales
  • Manage returns of merchandise and coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service
  • Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through various routes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have prior outdoor supply industry experience, be comfortable working most shifts on their feet, and be able to perform repetitive physical tasks. Additionally, they must have a valid driver's license and good driving record with no traffic violations. Bonus points will be awarded to candidates who are bilingual (Spanish & English) or have experience operating forklifts and tractors.
