As a skilled Roofer/Framing Carpenter at Bill Lake Modular Homes, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining the structural framework of buildings. This role requires proficiency in carpentry techniques, including framing, roofing, and general construction practices. You will work from construction blueprints and technical drawings, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and repair building frames, roofs, and other structural elements
• Interpret and work from construction blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in carpentry preferred
• Previous experience in framing and roofing carpentry is highly advantageous
• Certification or licensure may be required depending on local regulations
