About the Role

As a dedicated Behavioral Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students in grades K-6 (excluding F) at a school in Stewartstown, Pennsylvania.

We are seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, onsite position. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and special education staff to implement individualized behavior plans.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience working with K-6 students in a school setting. A current RBT certification is required, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to students to improve their behavioral and educational outcomes.
  • Work closely with students, teachers, and special education staff to implement individualized behavior plans.
  • Record and analyze data on student progress and collaborate with the behavior analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in classroom management and supporting instructional activities. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of effective behavior intervention plans.

What You'll Need
  • Current RBT certification.
  • Experience working with K-6 students in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time, onsite position with a contract length of two years.
