Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Legal Project Management to lead our project teams and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-end custom residential, hospitality, and workplace projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and track project delivery plans, staffing, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage project consultants & contractors, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Lead and develop junior team members in the production, organization, and coordination of the BIM model and drawing sets.
  • Mentor junior staff, sharing information and lessons learned to increase the firm's common knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to office standards (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) and participate in office programs.

Requirements

  • Accredited degree in architecture.
  • Ten or more years of related professional experience, including extensive design, technical, and project management.
  • Experience on high-end custom residential, hospitality, and workplace projects.
  • Demonstrated 3D modeling/BIM proficiency (ArchiCAD preferred, but not required).
