Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse community. This includes diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, and conducting thorough medical examinations and histories.
Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.
- Perform procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license.
- Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA).
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program.
