Job Summary

The Material Operator, a key member of our warehouse team, is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of products throughout our facility. This role requires the ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and reach trucks, while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate material handling equipment to move products throughout the facility
  • Accurately receive, put away, and load/unload products to meet company standards
  • Ensure a safe and secure work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve productivity and efficiency goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
