Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Healthcare Services Group (HCSG). As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Estimated Salary: $12-$15 per hour (based on location)

In this position, you will be responsible for performing daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices. You will also ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies required.
  • Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.
