Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cosmetology Professional to join our team at Supercuts. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, performing high-quality haircuts, colors, and waxing services, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest's needs, and providing quality consultations and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Perform high-quality haircuts, colors, and waxing services, meeting or exceeding company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards for sanitation and safety.
  • Perform transactions on the POS system, including opening and close-out procedures, and light housekeeping duties.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our guests.

Requirements:

  • Current cosmetology or barber license as required by Nevada State regulations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service and perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Ability to perform transactions on the POS system and light housekeeping duties.
  • Must be comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
