Job Title: Vertical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vertical Project Manager to join our team at icreatives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers, guiding them to success in campaign ownership and workload balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee business categories, ensuring projects are well-resourced and free of obstacles.
  • Champion change management within assigned vertical, driving process improvements and team training.
  • Be the go-to timeline expert, refining schedules and mentoring project managers.
  • Collaborate with top-tier leaders across the organization on key projects.
  • Represent the creative project management function both internally and externally, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in project management within retail, advertising, or in-house creative agency.
  • 2+ years managing other project managers.
  • Strong sense of leadership and ownership.
  • Deep knowledge of creative project management, content creation, marketing processes, and media plans.
  • A passion for efficiency and improvements.
  • Stellar communication skills and strong leadership presence.
  • Proficiency with Workfront, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar PM software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
