Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Conduct assessments to determine the need for behavioral interventions
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Supervise individuals seeking BCBA certification
- Analyze assessment results and create progress reports
- Provide training for staff and caregivers
- Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings for learners
- Adjust and update learner program sheets as needed
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification
- LABA licensure
- Preferred 2 years of experience in the ABA field
- Ability to maintain a clean background and driving record
