Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Breakfast Manager to oversee the breakfast shift at our Hardee's location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness while achieving breakfast sales growth.

Essential Functions:
  • Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
  • Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew.
  • Conduct crew team meetings as needed to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
