Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Project Manager to join our esteemed fire protection division. In this role, you will collaborate with our expert team to develop designs, prepare estimates, and oversee construction projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage closely with clients on construction plans and specifications.
  • Ensure the selection of appropriate materials in designs and conduct thorough reviews of subcontractor and vendor submissions to maintain design integrity.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
  • Assist site personnel in securing necessary approvals for local planning and building regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate work performed by subcontractors and our own teams, focusing on architectural, civil, and structural components.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or Architecture is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or estimating within the construction sector is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and applicable regulations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with professionals across various disciplines.
  • Experience in managing subcontractors effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients on remote sites (travel may be necessary).
  • Capability to visualize concepts in three dimensions.
