Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and infants in the NICU setting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to healthcare providers.
  • Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • RN licensure in the state where assigned.
  • BLS certification and Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing Certification (RNC-NIC) preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in neonatal intensive care nursing.
