Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Court Associate to join our team. As a Food Court Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to customers, including sandwiches, subs, pizza, and deli items
  • Operate cash registers, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors, and counters
  • Restock supplies, including food, paper products, and cleaning materials
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
