About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AV Installation Project Manager to lead our AV installation projects and manage a team of technicians. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of AV solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead installation field teams on AV projects, manage and direct daily tasks for assigned technicians, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as the technical go-to person for the team, troubleshoot technical issues related to AV equipment performance and status, and perform cable drops, low-voltage custom terminations, and other AV terminations.
  • AV System Design: Assist with the design and planning of audio-visual solutions, read AV schematics, wiring diagrams, and make necessary revisions.
  • Team Management: Manage and direct daily tasks for assigned technicians, provide technical guidance and support, and ensure the team is equipped to deliver high-quality AV solutions.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their AV needs, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in related technology and installation roles.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working at heights.
  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful).
