Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiac Cath Lab

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team in Lynn, Massachusetts.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Cath Lab. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursing process and delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and optimize care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • BLS required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • ACLS preferred.
