Your daily responsibilities may include:

• Fostering an enthusiastic and motivating atmosphere
• Ensuring the safe and effective use of fitness equipment
• Leading and instructing group sessions
• Building rapport with members
• Creating outreach initiatives
• Addressing member inquiries

This position may be ideal for you if:

• You enjoy engaging with individuals and can effectively lead groups or conduct one-on-one discussions
• You possess a Level 1 (or higher) CrossFit certification (mandatory)
• You are passionate about promoting long-term health and wellness in clients' journeys
• You seek growth in a dynamic environment
