Main Job Objective:

As Assistant Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, merchandising, and staff management. You will be responsible for maintaining high sales standards, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and driving business growth through effective inventory management, visual displays, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

**Sales Generation:**
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales targets
• Track, monitor, and communicate business results effectively
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge among sales associates
• Lead by example, promoting an elevated level of sales and customer service

**Customer Service:**
• Ensure all associates provide exceptional customer service
• Build and maintain repeat clientele through personalized client relationships and effective communication
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with sales associates to address customer concerns and enhance overall shopping experience

**Operations and Merchandising:**
• Work closely with the Store Manager to manage inventory, risk, physical security, cash controls, and other operational aspects
• Train and support sales associates in register usage and maintenance, as well as management register functions
• Participate in inventory management and implement visual directives to ensure a cohesive brand image
• Identify and report product concerns, communicating them to relevant teams in a timely manner
• Communicate inventory needs to support business objectives

Hiring and Training:**

• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of sales associates
• Evaluate associate performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve results
• Support HR initiatives, resolving human resources issues promptly and effectively, when necessary
