Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Caregiver Lead to join our team. This role will provide supervisory support to our care staff, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision and guidance to care staff
  • Ensure compliance with Sunrise's policies and procedures
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized service plans for residents
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or higher
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior care setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
Salary:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
