At UPS, we're looking for a skilled PT Dispatch Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Package Dispatch Supervisor (PDS) with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams.
• Analyze dispatch plans, identify areas of opportunity, and report publication and service audits.
• Verify system downloads, identify service failures and exceptions, and print and distribute daily reports.
• Maintain a loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops and utilize available reports and systems.
• Complete monthly dispatch audits and utilize mapping tools to plot previous data and compare actual dispatch to planned dispatch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC knowledge
• Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software
• Customer-focused with strong planning and organization skills
• Familiar with package flow technologies - Preferred
