Market Director Women's Services Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Market Director for Women's Services. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise and leadership skills to drive excellence in Women's Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals in Women's Services, including Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal resource utilization.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Women's Services.
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills in all areas of Women's services, including Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, develop and implement strategies, and drive results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
