Emergency Department Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Christiana Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to patients experiencing medical, cardiac, and trauma-related emergencies.
About the Role:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or commitment to obtaining within three years of hire.
- At least one year of experience in a med/surgical unit or ED.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time flex position, working 72 hours per pay period. The schedule is 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., with every third weekend and 2 holidays per year.
Bonus Details:
The successful candidate may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid over a period of 12 months.
