Fertilizer Shed Operator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fertilizer Shed Operator to join our team at Agtegra Cooperative. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining all equipment associated with the blending, mixing, and loading of dry bulk and liquid fertilizer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating and maintaining dry fertilizer bulk handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintaining warehouse inventory, record keeping, and billing processes.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and promoting a teamwork-focused environment.
Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • English Proficiency.
  • Ability to perform physical job duties, including bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.
  • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
