Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations
• Develop and implement menus that meet the company's quality and sustainability standards
• Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new recipes and menu items
• Provide coaching and training to kitchen staff to improve their skills and performance

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or food service establishment
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve high standards of food quality and safety
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
