Job Summary:

Synerfac is seeking a highly experienced Land Surveying Manager to lead our survey operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of land surveying projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of survey technicians in performing field survey operations, survey data processing, and mapping.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet company, state, and client standards by performing quality assurance and quality control functions.
  • Develop cost estimates and prepare technical reports and proposals for land surveying projects.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of survey experience, with at least 1 year of experience as a Surveying Project Manager.
  • Route, boundary, and topographic field survey and office experience.
  • A proven track record of successful survey project management.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in North Carolina.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Geomatics or an Associate's Degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering Technology.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation surveying platforms.
  • Familiarity with Leica Geosystems hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
