Aloden Inc is seeking a dedicated Contract Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in contract lifecycle management and expertise in iCertis CLM. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective management of contracts and compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to collect and comprehend requirements related to contract management processes. Transform these requirements into practical configurations within the iCertis CLM system.
- iCertis CLM Customization: Leverage your iCertis CLM certification to tailor the system according to specific business needs. Establish and uphold workflows, templates, and regulations within the iCertis CLM platform.
- System Integration: Guarantee smooth integration between iCertis CLM and other essential business systems, such as CRM or ERP, to enhance contract-related workflows. Collaborate with IT teams for implementation and testing of integrations.
- User Training and Assistance: Organize training sessions for users on the functionalities and best practices of iCertis CLM. Provide continuous support to users, addressing inquiries and system-related challenges.
- Data Oversight: Manage data migration initiatives and ensure the integrity of data within the iCertis CLM system. Implement data governance practices to maintain the accuracy of contract-related information.
- Reporting and Insights: Create and produce reports and analytics within iCertis CLM to offer insights into contract performance, compliance, and other pertinent metrics. Work with business intelligence teams to improve reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Mandatory iCertis CLM Certification.

- Demonstrated experience as a CLM System Analyst, particularly with iCertis CLM.
- Strong grasp of contract lifecycle management principles and best practices.
- Experience in configuring and personalizing iCertis CLM to fulfill organizational needs.
