We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Direct, initiate, and implement resident/patient plans of care.
- Perform resident/patient assessments to identify needs and develop effective care plans.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Prepare equipment, apply and change dressings, and monitor patients to ensure optimal care.
- Check residents/patients' vital signs and symptoms, maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications and injections, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Act as a leader in providing guidance to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Follow the directive of the RN Supervisor and/or Unit Manager in assisting with admissions and discharge processes.
Requirements:
- Current RN License
