About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lincoln Financial Group. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our company aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, including pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with aircraft systems.
  • Document and maintain required aircraft maintenance records in accordance with federal regulations.
  • Assist with towing and fueling of aircraft, as well as cleaning and restocking of aircraft.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and guests.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including the hangar facility and tools and equipment.
  • Participate in the aviation safety management system, identifying and recommending improvements.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with less experienced team members, providing coaching and training as needed.
  • Operate ground support equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of diverse aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Working knowledge of FAA Regulations.
  • High electrical and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot using wiring diagrams and technical publications.
  • Computer skills relevant to today's standards, including Windows and Microsoft Office products.
  • Possess a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate with no violations.
  • Ability to pass a required TSA Background Check and drug test.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Must have complete physical mobility and be able to lift 75lbs.
  • Confident and comfortable communicator with strong customer service and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be willing to attend required aircraft specific training and complete other training as assigned by the manager.
  • Must be able to adapt to a flexible on-call schedule and work overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team or alone under minimal supervision.
