SalaryThe estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and location in California. Factors that may be used to determine placement within the pay range include individual skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience, and comparison to other employees in similar roles.
Job DescriptionThe Network Operations Specialist will play a key role in liaising with healthcare providers and clients on healthcare-related issues related to GCHP processes, policies, and procedures. This includes helping resolve queries and training healthcare providers to ensure operational efficiency.
This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain effective channels of communication with GCHP network providers. The successful candidate will also participate in departmental processes to help manage GCHP network providers and collaborate with colleagues and leadership for preparation of presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external meetings.
