Job Title: Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team at Right at Home of Norfolk, Nebraska. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. You will also provide companionship, engage in activities, and promote independence and dignity for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients, such as reading, watching movies, or playing games
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers, as needed
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care to clients
