OR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OR Coordinator to join our team at the Surgery Center of Fairbanks, LLC. As an OR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ambulatory surgery center.

• Manage the daily operations and schedule implementation of the Operating Room
• Ensure the fiscal, equipment, and personnel resources of the Operating Room are utilized effectively and efficiently
• Affect the quality outcomes for the related surgical patient population
• Assure quality patient care, including meeting patient needs and implementing the interdisciplinary surgical plan
• Facilitate the continuity of patient care and utilize staff within their job responsibilities and competencies

• At least 3 years of OR experience, including orthopedics
• Prior leadership experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, management, administration, physicians, and community to achieve mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives
