Job Description:

The Solar Project Manager will oversee solar panel installations, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols. They will collaborate with leadership to guarantee all installations meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising a team of installers during solar panel installations
  • Ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines
  • Installing required labels on solar system components and hardware according to specifications
  • Collaborating with leadership to guarantee all installations meet quality standards and customer expectations

Requirements:

Prior experience in the residential solar industry is required. Proficiency in working with various residential solar products, including inverters and modules, is essential. OSHA 10 certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it.
