Mercy Clinic Physician Recruitment is seeking a skilled Nurse Anesthetist to join our team. As a key member of our anesthesia department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our team of physicians and advanced practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments
- Administer anesthesia medications and monitor patient responses
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Experience in anesthesia care, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
