Nexus Health Systems Ltd is seeking a skilled Psychotherapist to join our interdisciplinary treatment team. As a key member of our team, you will provide assessments and treatment of mental health issues through individual, group, and family psychotherapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor individualized mental health treatment goals and objectives for each patient.
- Provide evidence-based individual, milieu, group, and family psychotherapy, as well as other clinical therapeutic interventions.
- Schedule and coordinate individual sessions with patients and family sessions with guardians.
- Work with the Program Director to establish a caseload and weekly group coverage schedule.
- Provide timely and adequate documentation of all sessions and patient encounters.
- Communicate and coordinate intervention with the interdisciplinary team to achieve cohesion and effectiveness in our specialized psychiatric, medical, and physical rehabilitation inpatient program.
- Effectively communicate and provide accurate updates to the Program Director and Program Medical Director regarding treatment planning, behavioral programming, clinical coordination, goals, objectives, areas of clinical concern, progress, and services successfully implemented.
- Participate in ongoing program development meetings to assess the efficacy of current programs and make recommendations for treatment fidelity.
Requirements:
- Master's degree required.
- Training and experience in developing, training, implementing, and monitoring written behavioral programs.
- A minimum of two (2) years working in an inpatient hospital/rehab setting is preferred.
- LPC, LMSW, or LCSW licensure required.
- Must be certified in BLS.
