We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Director to lead our Cardiac Catheter Laboratory team at HERO Health Staffing Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and influencing department activities and the delivery of patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Cardiac Catheterization Lab Director will oversee multiple facilities and be responsible for maintaining operations within budgetary parameters.
They will effectively interact with patients, significant others, physicians, and other health team members while maintaining professional nursing standards.
The Director will ensure that care is of the best quality, is cost contained, and is carried out in an expeditious manner.
They will consult with staff, physicians, and Chief Clinical Officer on nursing problems and interpretation of Medical Center policies to ensure patient needs are met.
The Director will maintain and participate in Medical Center and department performance improvement activities.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and/or accredited school of radiology and/or accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology.
Possess a current Texas State License or AART, ACVT or RCIS.
Minimum 5 years experience in Cardiovascular Services and 2 years management experience in a related field.
Preferred experience as a Director of Cardiovascular Services.
$100-125k per year
