Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technologist to join our team at Tekfortune Inc. This is a 13-week assignment, and we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a large OR setting. Orthopedic, ENT, and/or vascular experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to a fast-paced environment. They must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment and be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, on-call, weekends, and holidays.

The Surgical Technologist will be responsible for assisting surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the OR. They will also be required to complete Epic training during their first week of the contract.

Requirements:

  • Shift-days, 8-hour shifts
  • Guaranteed hours: 40 hours
  • On-call requirements: Yes, including holidays and weekends
  • Floating requirements: Yes, to all areas in which they are trained, including ED and alternate holding areas
  • Time off allowed: Only if specified in the contract
