Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative for a Monday through Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm schedule, with occasional Saturday hours as necessary. This role is not situated within a call center environment. Responsibilities encompass processing shipments, managing warehouse inventory, fostering customer relationships, and providing assistance in the warehouse as required. The starting hourly wage for this position is $21.00.

Qualifications:

  • Strong character and integrity

  • Experience in directing lift truck operators for outbound shipments

  • Warehouse experience is preferred
