The Clinical Digital Assistant (CDA) team is at the forefront, developing a next-generation platform that integrates generative AI technologies, OCI's cloud-native AI/ML capabilities, and robust data infrastructure.

As a Senior Manager, Software Development, you will lead a talented group of engineers and help drive the team's vision of transforming healthcare through innovation and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Work with product teams and users of the platform to identify new functionality and enhancements
  • Work with product and upstream partner teams to coordinate long-term planning and prioritization
  • Monitor and manage engineering deliverables
  • Recruit/build an impactful, innovative and energetic team
  • Foster team collaboration and communication, both within the team and with other teams
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience managing a product engineering team of 8+ people
  • Strong background in data engineering, distributed systems and cloud native deployments
  • Experience with search technologies, Vector Stores, RAG based architectures and Generative AI (LLMs) desirable
  • Leadership, mentorship and raising the talent bar across the organization
  • Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases
  • Experience applying, measuring, and improving agile engineering processes
