Clean and Maintain Facilities

As a General Cleaner at Diversified Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Your duties will include dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning all surfaces, as well as vacuuming, mopping, and wet mopping designated areas. You will also be responsible for cleaning entire restrooms, restocking supplies, removing trash, and cleaning fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers. Additionally, you will ensure that all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area. You will also be responsible for keeping closets clean, neat, and orderly. This is a part-time position working evenings, and you will be required to perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all facilities, including dusting, wiping, and spot cleaning surfaces
Vacuum, mop, and wet mop designated areas
Clean entire restrooms, restock supplies, and remove trash
Clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers
Ensure all lights are on/off and appropriate doors are locked when leaving an area
Keep closets clean, neat, and orderly

Requirements:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent required
