Nighttime Sanitation Position in Hyde Park
LCS Facility Group stands as a leading provider in the outsourcing sector, renowned for delivering exceptional quality, professionalism, and comprehensive facilities maintenance and specialized services to the commercial industry.
We are currently seeking candidates for a nighttime sanitation role. The primary responsibilities of the nighttime cleaner include a variety of housekeeping tasks such as:
- Dusting and vacuuming
- Sweeping and mopping
- Thorough disinfection of restrooms
- Trash disposal
- General cleaning of kitchens, classrooms, communal areas, staircases, wall washing, as well as steam and carpet cleaning.
Additional responsibilities may involve:
- Stripping and waxing floors
- High dusting
- Cleaning at elevated heights using scaffolding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of fundamental housekeeping duties
- Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines
- Exhibit flexibility regarding overtime as required
- Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials necessary for task completion

Qualifications:
While one year of experience is preferred, we are willing to provide training. A High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) is required.
Working Conditions:
This position necessitates the ability to occasionally lift up to forty (40) pounds. The role involves prolonged periods of standing and may include activities such as squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing stairs.
