To be successful in this position, you must have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Procore software is required, and experience with commercial construction project management is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
  • Manage project resources, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of construction project management experience, specifically in commercial construction.

Proficiency in Procore software is required.

Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
