Housekeeping Associate

The Housekeeping Associate is a key member of our housekeeping team at La Quinta Pueblo in Pueblo, CO. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to high standards, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
• Restock housekeeping cart with cleaning supplies and linen for next day's use.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guest rooms and hallways.
• Keep all public areas, closets, and hallways clean, neat, and vacuumed.
• Replenish chemical bottles and report any maintenance repairs to the supervisor or manager.
• Handle items for 'Lost and Found' according to standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction through attentive and courteous service.

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests.

The hourly rate for this position is $14.50 per hour.
