Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and administering physical therapy modalities to restore function and prevent disability.


Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their physical limitations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer physical therapy modalities, such as exercise, massage, and heat or cold therapy, as prescribed by a licensed physician
• Assist patients in learning to live within the limits of their capabilities and reach their maximum performance level
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care


Requirements:

• Current State Physical Therapy Licensure
• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy or graduate of an accredited college or university with a certificate in Physical Therapy
• 3 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy
• Current BCLS certification
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of physical medicine, physical therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology
• Knowledge of physical therapy machine operation, maintenance, and repairs
