We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the direction and coordination of all functions in the Emergency Room on your designated shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, monitor, record, report, and follow through on symptoms or changes in patient's conditions.
- Create and maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and modify the plan of care, as indicated by the patient's responses and conditions.
- Delegate nursing tasks as appropriate and safe but retain accountability for patient care.
- Provide individualized education for the patient, family, and or caregiver throughout the continuum of care.
- Adhere to standards of safety and infection control, in the delivery of patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
- BLS from the American Heart Association.
- At least 6 months experience in the emergency room.
