Key Responsibilities:
 Process Accounts Payable invoices, ensuring accurate coding and authorization.
 Verify all accounts payable batches submitted by the AP clerk for correctness.
 Collaborate with the AP Clerk to guarantee prompt invoice payments.
 Prepare and review monthly Bank Draws alongside the Senior Project Accountant to align with Title Draw.
 Monitor Share Point to confirm all draw documentation is uploaded.
 Collect all contractor and sub-tier lien releases upon payment readiness.
 Maintain the Notice to Owner Log.
 Execute additional tasks as assigned. This job description does not imply that these are the only responsibilities to be performed by the employee in this role. Employees may be required to undertake other job-related duties as directed by their supervisor or management.

Qualifications:
 At least 3 years of experience in Construction Project Accounting
 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
 Proficiency in Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (formerly Timberline) is essential.
